Before making a reservation, we ask that you review our payment policy and cancellation policy.

When you make a reservation, we charge your credit card for 50% payment of your total stay. The remainder 50% is charged 29 days before your arrival. Customers who book greater than a 1-month stay are charged for the first month. However, 100% payment is required when you book less than 30 days before your arrival or on a Holiday Weekend. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests, over the age of 12, are charged a $5 fee.

  • Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle.

  • You must be 21 or older to rent a cabin or a campsite.

  • All daily site rates include water, electricity, septic.

  • Stays greater than 30 days are charged separately for electricity and require a $100 deposit.

  • All rates, specials, terms and our payment policy may change at any time without notice.

We understand that plans can change. However, we do not give credits or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice. We will email you a reservation reminder 30 days prior to your arrival. Review your reservation carefully and double-check the arrival and departure dates. 

We have a ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY for Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July week, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, or Special Events.  These reservations are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid in full when booked.

Cabin Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to our Cabins and Log home.

  • Over 30 Days: A $10 cancellation fee is deducted from your payment.

  • 14-29 days: 50% of your payment will be issued as a camp credit* and 50% is refunded to your credit card.

  • Less than 14 days: Your full payment is forfeited.


This policy applies to our RV and tent sites.

  • Over 30 Days: A $10 cancellation fee is deducted from your payment.

  • 7-29 days: 50% of your payment will be issued as a camp credit* and 50% is refunded to your credit card.

  • Less than 7 days: Your full payment is forfeited.


We are happy to assist you with changing your reservation dates at any time. If you make changes over 30 days prior to your arrival, no charges will incur. Changes made less than 30 days prior to your arrival that result in a reduction of the number of days of your reservation, will incur either 50% or 100% responsibility for those removed days as deemed in our standard cancellation policies. You will be issued a Camp Credit for these total charges which can be applied towards a future stay 365 days from your original arrival date. 

No Show Policy
Reservations will be held until check-out on the following days of your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds. 

Group or Multiple Site & Cabin reservations

Our definition of a group or multiple sites and/or cabin reservation is 3 or more sites and/or cabins arriving during the same time period. These reservations are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking. However, if you book this reservation in the previous calendar year for the next season, your payment is required by January 31st of the following year. Booking reservations separately online or over the phone does not create an exemption from this policy.

Group or multiple site cancellations are issued a Camp Credit for the total charges.  This credit can be used towards a future stay date 365 days from your original arrival date.


We understand that RV breakdowns or accidents occur at the worst possible times, and are often very costly. If you have an accident or experience an RV breakdown, we will consider refunding your entire reservation, less a $10 processing fee. Proof of the accident or breakdown must be submitted to our office. If you or your guest would become so ill that you/they cannot travel we waive all cancellation fees, less a $10 processing fee with an official doctors note.

*Camp Credits will remain active on your User Account and will expire one year from issuance. They may NOT be redeemed for any reservation dates that encompass a holiday period or special event. Camp Credits have no cash value and may only be redeemed once. Guests may not cancel a reservation made with a Camp Credit and receive another credit for a future date or receive the balance on the Camp Credit in cash or credit back to a credit card.
