What a truly amazing park! New owners have taken over and you can tell that they have a real passion for what they are doing. The park is meticulously clean, the sites are spacious and level, and the staff is absolutely amazing. The sites along the river are incredible and so relaxing. WiFi is strong, they sell ice and firewood and even deliver to your site! I called the gals several times for ice 🙂 Propane fill up available on site as well. Laundry was super clean and soap sold at office. They were working on the showers so we did not see them to rate. Beautiful community green spaces and dog park area. The park is currently doing many upgrades to make it even nicer. Thankfully we were able to extend our stay by 3 more days, we loved it that much. Minutes to downtown Montrose, Walmart, Target and many other places to shop, eat, or get groceries. You feel secluded here but really your only minutes away from anything you might need. GREAT jump off point for so much!

Our first visit was excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the best part is the modern amenities: the wifi is excellent and we could walk to shopping along the river (the wife was very happy about Target). Thank you, guys.

We love biking and the park is connected to the river trail which brings you to all the convenient stores and restaurants in Montrose. Perfect!
